Teachers: Iman Meiki

This class is designed for students who have finished one level of Levantine Colloquial Arabic to practice conversation and dialouge, besides working on listening skills through videos and DVDS.
 
Course materials will include written texts, films, songs, and other audio resources to expand students’ vocabulary and understanding of conversational grammatical structures, while exposing them to the culture and customs of the Levant.

Prerequisites: Open to students who have completed at least one level of colloquial Arabic, or who have had comparable exposure to the language.

Tuition & Schedule:

Saturdays, 1:00pm – 2:50pm
September 8 - December 1 (12 sessions, no class for Thanksgiving weekend 11/24)

Payment must be received in full before the first class session. We cannot accommodate students who wish to sit in on a class before deciding to enroll. However, the Language Coordinator, Iman Meiki, is available to answer any questions about course content and materials, and student placement: emeiki@aol.com
 
Refunds
If you drop the class after the first session, you will be reimbursed 75% of the fees. No reimbursements will be made after attending the second class.
 
Late Registration
Late registration decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Language Coordinator. Students allowed to join the class after the first meeting will be charged the full tuition.
