Dance in Queens Awardee Regina Nejman presents an excerpt of a work-in-progress DELETE / HER, a new multi-media dance work is inspired by vivid dreams of a friend, who, after her multi-decade relationship dissolved, found herself unexpectedly deleted from her partner’s life.

Shusmo in Arabic means "what's his name." Founded in 2000, the group blends various elements of jazz and Middle Eastern music, to present them through powerful grooves. Over the years, other elements came into play including Latin rhythms, counterpoint, and spoken word. Today, every member brings their own background to add flavor to the compositions.
