Film Festival: Documentaries & Shorts at the I-View Film Festival

Alwan for the Arts is pleased to co-sponsor the documentary and short film portion of the I-View Film Festival, which takes places from September 18-26 at venues throughout the Manhattan.
The festival, which explores gender, sexuality, ritual and religion in South Asia through visually dramatic and provocative films, is now in its third year.
The documentary and shorts programming runs over several days.
Sept. 19, 12-3pm: Naach, The Office, Dehli Mumbai Dehli at Big Cinemas
Sept 19, 4-6pm: After the Rape, Unyield Views, Harvest of Grief, at Big Cinemas
Sept 19, 4-7pm: The Other Song, Morality TV at Tribeca Cinemas.
Sept 22, 6pm, 8pm: The Others Queer Shorts at LGBT Center
Sept 26, 12-2pm: Indie Women Make Shorts at Big Cinemas
